Stress Management Tips: Plan ahead and wear a Philip Stein Watch

Unfortunately, we spend most of our waking hours at the workplace, and a much smaller percentage of our time relaxing with the people we love.  Providing for our families adds a great deal of stress to our lives, which often carries over to our relationships and has a detrimental effect on our health. 

There are so many ways to reduce the amount of stress in our lives, yet we rarely take the time to learn them.  One favorite of mine is wearing a Philip Stein watch.  The frequency technology employed in the creation of these special timepieces makes it possible for the wearer to integrate harmonious natural frequencies that interact with the body’s “bio-field”.  Thanks to the changes it has made in my life, my Philip Stein watch has become one of my most prized possessions.

             Schedule some down time.  This is perhaps the best way to energize and de-stress yourself during the day. 

             Whenever possible, leave your job at the office, where it belongs. 

             Get your most difficult tasks done first.  Spend the morning hours getting your least favorite jobs done, and then you can spend the waning hours of the day on things you enjoy.

No matter how much you plan your day and try to implement these changes, stress will always be present at some point during the day.  Wearing a Philip Stein watch will help you close the gap and feel more focused, while combating the effects of electronic pollution and improving your sleep.
