I have heard a lot about the Philip Stein Teslar technology and the many benefits it offered from people like Oprah not that im an Oprah fan per se yet i do occasionally find her recommendations useful, that said its usually after the fact such as i purchase a product and find it to be super useful or interesting and later find out that it happens to be an Oprah recommended item. After a few of such encounters i started looking into what else she may be recommending as she seems to have a good research team that pick for the most part great items. The Philip Stein Teslar Technology watch is one of those items which Oprah and her team were 100% right about. Originally i purchased this watch strictly based on its looks and apparent craftsmanship, i soon realized that it did have a calming affect, to be sure when i purchased it i must have seen something about a teslar chip i paid it no attention figuring it was part of the movement to self wind like a battery or something along those lines, truth is i was eager to start wearing it. Sometime after purchasing the watch i started experiencing the calming affect and the deep rested sleep then one day the while browsing online i read some blog about Teslar Scam i remembered my watch and did some research and realized how it all came together, I had known i was doing well i just did not know it was this great watch that made me feel better as well as look better. So to anyone who is on the fence or even those who claim that Philip Stein Teslar watches are a scam i say judge for your self wear it for 30 days and then make the call, had i not worn it and experienced it i would question the claims but experiencing has made me a believer.

I bought my Philip Stein watch when the microchip inside worked on what was described as Teslar Technology. (I have seen on their website that they are using a similar but I guess improved technology in the chip now, but I can only speak of what I know).

Anyway, I got the watch at a higher end department store in Bal Harbor for a few reasons: First of all, I was getting just a bit tired of my Rolex. Not that it hasn’t served me well, I still wear it for business meetings and sales calls, but I’ve had it for over ten years and it was time for a little change and a little variety. Along the same lines, much as I appreciate my old Rolex, it is not exactly a watch for all seasons. That is, if I wear it at the pool or the beach or at any somewhat relaxed, casual social event, it makes me feel a bit like a poseur. In other words, it may be a great watch but it is not a very fun watch. And finally, and perhaps most importantly, I bought the Philip Stein for health reasons. I have been trying to get myself back in shape, both in physical terms and with regard to handling stress better. And all the research I did on line told me that worst case, getting a Philip Stein “couldn’t hurt”, especially considering the fact that at about five hundred dollars, it is not nearly as pricey as many of the other luxury watches I was looking at. And the best case was that it would improve both my sleep as well as my breathing and body rhythms, which tend to be a function of my number one health problem: stress.

So I bought it and it has easily surpassed all my expectations. In the first place, it’s a very attractive wristwatch that has gotten me more compliments than my Rolex. And on the health front, I am absolutely having a much easier time “coming down” from work and relaxing. I also feel as if my stamina has increased significantly.

All in all, I am very glad I bought the Philip Stein.
