It’s not every day that an innovation like Philip Stein’s Teslar technology revolutionizes the way we think about watches, and the world has taken notice.  Thanks to some very valuable exposure on Oprah, CNN, The View, and a number of national and international fashion magazines, Philip Stein’s Teslar technology has piqued the interest of many people and as a result,  many have expressed curiosity about how this technology works.

If you are familiar with Philip Stein’s watches and bracelets, you may already know that there is an exciting technological aspect behind these products that has made a positive impact on the lives of wearers, but you may not know how it works.  Philip Stein’s watches  use a science that is based on realigning the body’s electromagnetic fields through interaction with the frequency naturally found in the earth; the one that represents a calm, relaxed and meditative state.

The fact that stress can seriously impact our health and mental attitudes is incontrovertible, and with the increase in cell phone and computer use, “electronic pollution” has affected our ability to ward off stress.  Using a Teslar chip, which is specially designed to emit a unique signal (also known as the “Teslar effect”), these watches actually strengthens the body’s natural defenses and restore a feeling of overall well being.

Philip Stein was introduced to this technology in 2002, but the concept was first introduced in 1986 by a well-known group of scientists.  When it was discovered that the Teslar Effect could be harnessed into a chip and worn within a wristwatch, the Philip Stein Company stepped in and developed their famous Teslar watches, and the rest is history.

This science was developed based on the ideas of “father of Physics” Nikola Tesla and another well-known physicist, Winifried Otto Schumann, who is known for discovering that the earth’s frequency ranges between 7-9Hz.  Scientists have since come to agree that this is the optimum frequency that the human body needs in order to experience superb health and vitality.

The watches utilize alloy chips that mimic the earth’s natural frequency, helping to balance the energy flow of the wearer and reduce stress.  Since their inception in 2002, Philip Stein’s watches have gained notoriety from a number of satisfied customers who have been cured of migraines, jet lag, work stress, and overall stress-related fatigue.

I bought my Philip Stein watch when the microchip inside worked on what was described as Teslar Technology. (I have seen on their website that they are using a similar but I guess improved technology in the chip now, but I can only speak of what I know).

Anyway, I got the watch at a higher end department store in Bal Harbor for a few reasons: First of all, I was getting just a bit tired of my Rolex. Not that it hasn’t served me well, I still wear it for business meetings and sales calls, but I’ve had it for over ten years and it was time for a little change and a little variety. Along the same lines, much as I appreciate my old Rolex, it is not exactly a watch for all seasons. That is, if I wear it at the pool or the beach or at any somewhat relaxed, casual social event, it makes me feel a bit like a poseur. In other words, it may be a great watch but it is not a very fun watch. And finally, and perhaps most importantly, I bought the Philip Stein for health reasons. I have been trying to get myself back in shape, both in physical terms and with regard to handling stress better. And all the research I did on line told me that worst case, getting a Philip Stein “couldn’t hurt”, especially considering the fact that at about five hundred dollars, it is not nearly as pricey as many of the other luxury watches I was looking at. And the best case was that it would improve both my sleep as well as my breathing and body rhythms, which tend to be a function of my number one health problem: stress.

So I bought it and it has easily surpassed all my expectations. In the first place, it’s a very attractive wristwatch that has gotten me more compliments than my Rolex. And on the health front, I am absolutely having a much easier time “coming down” from work and relaxing. I also feel as if my stamina has increased significantly.

All in all, I am very glad I bought the Philip Stein.

I have heard a lot about the Philip Stein Teslar technology and the many benefits it offered from people like Oprah not that im an Oprah fan per se yet i do occasionally find her recommendations useful, that said its usually after the fact such as i purchase a product and find it to be super useful or interesting and later find out that it happens to be an Oprah recommended item. After a few of such encounters i started looking into what else she may be recommending as she seems to have a good research team that pick for the most part great items. The Philip Stein Teslar Technology watch is one of those items which Oprah and her team were 100% right about. Originally i purchased this watch strictly based on its looks and apparent craftsmanship, i soon realized that it did have a calming affect, to be sure when i purchased it i must have seen something about a teslar chip i paid it no attention figuring it was part of the movement to self wind like a battery or something along those lines, truth is i was eager to start wearing it. Sometime after purchasing the watch i started experiencing the calming affect and the deep rested sleep then one day the while browsing online i read some blog about Teslar Scam i remembered my watch and did some research and realized how it all came together, I had known i was doing well i just did not know it was this great watch that made me feel better as well as look better. So to anyone who is on the fence or even those who claim that Philip Stein Teslar watches are a scam i say judge for your self wear it for 30 days and then make the call, had i not worn it and experienced it i would question the claims but experiencing has made me a believer.
