Come to think of it, the Miami, Florida based maker of luxury watches and other “mind-body wellness products” such as the wine wand and frequency technology bracelets, already has something of a foothold in the U.S., as their products are selling quite well at many mid to high end American retail outlets. But they are now opening their first actual brick and mortar store… in Mexico. It is slated to officially open in the fall of 2009.The store will be located in Cozumel, Mexico, and will offer a one of a kind shopping experience that will mix a fun shopping environment with an introduction to their proprietary “Natural Frequency Technology.”

Customers who enter the yet to be opened store will be given access to videos, imagery, as well as messaging that will teach them about frequency technology and how Stein products offer improved sleep, lowered stress, reduced jet lag and a greater sense of physical well being.

In some ways, it sounds like it will be one part day-spa, and one part retail store.

The Stein retail outlet will have counters that are freestanding which will eliminate the barrier between the sales reps and the clients, creating a more personalized, intimate shopping environment. Plasma screens will also show educational videos on the technology used at Philip Stein. The watches, straps and Wine Wands will literally hang over the customers heads placed in windowed compartments. Very cool stuff for a very cool product!
