Even if you’re not a big fan of Darwinism, most people are familiar with the phrase, “survival of the fittest”.  Everything we do in life can be reduced to this philosophy.  If you want to be successful at work, or in any pursuit, it pays to be equipped with all the tools you need to face up to the challenge.  Sometimes this requires education, courage, dedication and persistence; but even without these, having a positive mental outlook is non-negotiable.  When you break it down, a positive attitude seems like a simple thing, but when we get stressed out, happiness is usually the first thing to go.

How we respond to stress-building pressures is what ultimately sets us up for success or failure in life.  For this reason, there are countless self-help books, classes and meditation techniques out there to help us develop the tools to remain calm and pleasant in every situation.

It’s funny when you think about it, when a society that develops so many new technologies, designed to make our lives easier, ends up feeling like we have less time to relax than ever.  Instead of cutting down our workload, the more technology we have available to us, the more we are expected to accomplish in a day, making us more stressed than we were before the computer came along.

But today’s job stressors go even further than that, and have an impact on more than just our mood.  Constant exposure to computers, office equipment, cell phones and other electronic devices can wreak havoc on bodies too.  By imposing a variety of high and low frequency electromagnetic frequencies on us constantly, they can block our flow of energy and keep us keyed up, anxious and scattered.  They can even affect our ability to get a good nights’ sleep.  So what’s the remedy for this?

You may be thinking I’m about to talk about mindfulness, deep breathing, or some other type of Zen practice, but I highly recommend frequency technology.  To be specific, my favorite stress-busting tool is my natural frequency Philip Stein Teslar watch.  The Philip Stein collection of watches includes a chip that emits the same frequencies (7-9Hz) found naturally in the earth.  They block out the negative effects of our daily assault from electronics, computers, microwaves and cell phones, and unblock the meridians that allow energy to flow through our body.  Sounds a bit elaborate, but this proven technology really works.

The best part of having a Philip Stein Teslar watch is it takes absolutely no effort on your part.  Think of it as your secret weapon for surviving stress.  Not only does a Philip Stein watch give you the edge you need to succeed, they are luxurious and beautiful too.  Now that’s what I call a “win-win!”
